Recovery code
If you forget your password, nothing can reset it — we never had your key. A recovery code is the one way back: it wraps the same key, so your notes stay readable.
—
Write this down now. It is shown once, because we never store it.
Keep it where you keep your passport. Lose it, and a forgotten password means the notes are gone for good.
Removing it takes away your only way back if the password is forgotten.
If you pay us
Creem takes the money, not us. They are the merchant of record: they charge the card, handle sales tax, and email the receipt. Your card number never touches our server.
There is no subscription here. A year of Guard simply ends when it ends — nothing renews, nothing is charged quietly. Refunds within 30 days, no questions: reply to your receipt or write to hello@neverfarapp.com.
Export stays free on every plan, including the free one, including after Guard ends.
Take it with you
One file. Every note, letter, recording and card — sealed, but yours. It opens offline with your password, even if we are gone.
Leaving
Deleting takes your records, photos, recordings, letters, cards, guardians and the account itself. It asks for your password, because this cannot be undone. We keep only the payment receipt, which tax law requires.
Before you go: download everything first — we mean that, it is why export is free.
